     David is the CEO/Founder of Visionmax Solutions Inc. Dave has thirty-one years of experience working in some of the largest IT departments in North America including 21 years as CEO and founder of Visionmax.
     Dave has also held the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a U.S. technology company. Prior to forming VisionMAX, he spent 7 years with Canada’s largest retailer in systems development. He was a senior consultant with IBM/LGS with a senior project manager role, application architect and senior consultant running the Interactive Commerce practice (Internet development in the “early-days”).
     Dave has spent his career as programmer/analyst, project leader, application architect, technical sales engineer, project manager and as an executive. Dave lectured and taught a post-graduate technology course at George Brown College in Toronto. Dave is an experienced speaker and has brought VisionMAX’s perspective on systems integration, next generation Retail systems, Blockchain, AI, IoT, SaaS, SOA, wireless applications, IVR/VOIP/Telephony self-service, E- Services, and leading-edge Satellite, IPTV, Digital VOD solutions to his engagements.
     Dave studied at the University of Toronto taking their BSc. Computer Science program with a major in computer science and a minor in French.

     As Blocksyte’s Chief Operating Officer, Michael is responsible for the company’s marketing, operations, and customer experience. He comes to Blocksyte from inStream, a provider of personalized offers software to retailers, and MCX, a merchant-owned mobile payments startup.
     Michael is a Silicon Valley transplant with product development, product management, and marketing experience in location solutions, cloud computing and telecommunications. He also brings expertise to Blocksyte in market analytics, operational readiness and go-to-market planning and execution.

     Jeff is a professional sales executive with experience building relationships with technology leaders, end-users and company leadership in some of the largest companies in the world. He has worked for Sun Microsystems (Oracle), Force Computers (Motorola), NetApp and Texas Instruments. He has had territories all over the world and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, Australia and coast to coast across North America.
     Jeff specializes in building relationships for the long-term success of our customers, partners and the solutions he represents. Jeff holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.

     Paul leverages his 28 years of experience with large enterprise customers and systems development. Paul has managed all key design decisions, approach and technology choices for the Visionmax internal software platforms and products working with proprietary tools into customer software integration engagements for clients offering rapid development and cost-effective solutioning. Paul is a problem solver, a persistent improvement seeker for all solutions and a natural team leader. Paul has graduated with honors for a B. App. Sc. (Electrical Engineering) University of Toronto - Toronto, Canada specialized in Computer Engineering and has:

     Alan Pelz-Sharpe is the Founder and Principal Analyst of DEEP ANALYSIS, a technology research firm focused on next-generation information management. He has over 25 years of experience in the information technology (IT) industry working with a wide variety of end user organizations, like FedEx, The Mayo Clinic, and Allstate, and vendors, from Oracle and IBM to startups around the world. Alan was formerly a Partner at The Real Story Group, Consulting Director at Indian services firm Wipro, Research Director at 451, and Vice President for North America at industry analyst firm Ovum. He is regularly quoted in the press, including the Wall Street Journal and The Guardian, and has appeared on the BBC, CNBC, and ABC as an expert guest.

     Gennady Glabets is a Logistics and Supply chain expert that has spent most of his career in the food and beverage industry. He has developed and implemented strategic logistics and supply chain networks for organizations ranging in size from start-up to established brand leaders. Gennady brings outstanding expertise in purchasing, transportation planning, warehousing, and manufacturing to lead the Blocksyte customer implementation program.
